Please reach us at 7continents2c@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Does your time have value?
Do you need corral an entire group? Do you need VISAs? Vaccinations? Are there any travel advisories? Tipping guidelines? What do you mean Ireland uses pounds sterling or Euros, depending where you are? Do you have access to agencies that specialize in that part of the world?
A sample project for a client looking for an Antarctica cruise trip can be found here illustrating just a few variables researched to make the final recommendation.
A complete itinerary may integrate all the components for air, transfers, hotels, excursions, rail tickets... We charge a small fee (typically $200) to present your options and a proposal, but it can credited back to you after booking. See FEES here.
Please recognize, not all agents are equal. The prices we quote may not match what you found online for a variety of reasons as they may be the worst hotel room, show a teaser rate (guarantee room that could be obstructed view or under a dance floor).
Not so fast! Port fees? Taxes? Drink packages? Gratuities? Excursions? Accessibility? Childcare? Adjoining rooms? How about that stateroom deal because no one wanted to be under the dance floor or adjacent to the elevators? Why does port vs starboard, aft vs bow vs midship matter? Hurricane season or typhoons in the Pacific?

I have spent hundreds of hours attending courses, webinars and getting certified in and by various cruise lines to understand the differences and nuances. And I will continually work on gaining knowledge of those cruise lines and keeping current.
Yes. Many hotels, resorts and cruises offer discounts or special perks for larger groups. Hotels typically require 5 or more rooms, while cruise lines often require 8+ cabins, depending on the cruise line, number of guests, etc.
If you have preferred cruise lines, hotels, rental cars agencies, etc. and you don't want other options, we'll keep you on it and use or add to your loyalty points or future cruise credits.
Some cruise lines are even offering matching tiers for other loyalty programs.
If you are willing, we can explore some options you may not have known about and those points may become irrelevant.
With access to a multitude of vendors I can help you with cruise, airline, hotels & resorts, insurance, and for true luxury travel, drivers to get you to cruise port from the airport and back again.
With access to a variety of small group tour companies, add-on options from cruise lines and access to "in country partners" (ICPs) and "destination management companies" (DMCs) around the globe, we can design a door to door custom trip.
I hear you! Now I need to spend some time getting to know you. What did you like about your best ever vacation? What are absolute "must-haves"? We need to talk through all those things so I can make the BEST recommendations, unique to you, custom to you.
If you want to book a cruise that you've already picked out, that works too. I can help suggest the best cabins, excursions, packages and help you get the most from your trip.
The short answer is YES. I am only authorized to sell insurance through TinLeg.
Most travel suppliers offer insurance as part of their packages. Many credit card program have limited travel insurance embedded in them so do know what your bank offers. Beyond that, most travel insurance programs need to be purchased within 14 days of initial booking/deposit and many vendors offer insurance options. There are a few travel insurance options that allow for annual "coverage" which, if you travel frequently, can be a cost effective option.
If you decline insurance, some vendors will not allow you to participate and have minimum coverages stated at time of booking.
7continents2c is an independent contractor with Travel Leaders Network member Archer Travel.
While we are relatively new, we operate under Archer Travel's umbrella, an A+ rated company listed by the BBB since 2012 and in business over 70 years. Licensing, bonding and insurance is covered by Archer such that I do not need a separate LLC "stamp", which would only add to overhead with costs passed to you.
I am very proactive in seeking out new trainings weekly to keep pace with this dynamic environment.
